Michael’s principal areas of practice have been in personal injury and motor accident claims since 1998.
Through his years in legal practice, he has also dealt with numerous cases involving commercial and employment law. He also practised personal and family law involving divorce, wills and probate.
His other areas of practice include corporate work where he acted as company secretary for large corporate clients, in restructuring of private companies and drafting commercial agreements. He had also represented clients in bankruptcy proceedings, conveyancing of properties, property refinancing and in making successful mitigation pleas in criminal cases.
After graduating with a LL.B (Hons) from the University of Singapore (now NUS), he had pursued a successful career in commercial organizations includig multi-national corporation in positions such as Legal Advisor, Personal Manager, Company Secretary and Company Director, before returning to legal practice in 1998.
